The Coir pith used, is 100% organic and washed with fresh water. It is free from Sand, pathogens, Weeds and other foreign materials. We have 5 acres of Concrete yard for drying Coir Pith.
Coco Pith blocks are considered an ideal growing medium. The coco pith powder thus obtained is sieved, washed, dried and finally compressed into blocks. The blocks can be used for a wide range of planting requirements. Coir is known for its natural rooting hormones and anti-fungal properties.
We also ensure secure packaging of the coco pith blocks. The blocks are stretch wrapped and strapped. We also customise the packing on client request. Normally they come in 650 grams bricks and small bales of five kilo and ten kilo blocks.
Raw Materials :
Our raw materials are sourced from the traditional coconut tree cultivators of our locality. These raw materials are checked to get maximum quality.
Coir Pith Extraction:
Coir Pith was Twice Sieved before Extracted as a Wet Coir Pith. Fibre was well sorted out from pith by process of Sieving.
Washing:
Unwashed coir Pith was Stored in Dry Yards as soon as Extracted, allowed for ageing and then we start washing.
Water Recycling:
We always take care of our water resources. After washing, water was recycled and used for trees and plants round our industry
Drying:
Drying was on Concrete Yard with Source of 100% Sunlight. Complete natural way of drying.
Coir Pith Compression:
We always ensure 100% Coir Pith was off to compression as blocks, Coir pith fed into Advanced Machines to get 5KG Pith Blocks. We use Specialized Machines to Eliminate Foreign Materials.
