Selected matured coconut husk are used for extraction of fibre using modern machines that ensures the length of the fibre will be retained during process. The extracted fibre will be dried by sunlight in concrete yard and then made into 120-150 kg bales.

Coir Fibre Bale is produced from 100% Coconut Fibre. Our product is made from natural Fibre taken from Coconut husk, cleaned and compressed into Bales.

Coir Fibre Bale is used as raw material for Automobile Upholstery ( Car Seats/Dashboard ), Geo-Textile, Coir Spring Mattresses, Furniture, Erosion control and Drainage Filtering and much more.

Brown coir is harvested from fully ripened coconuts. It is thick, strong and has high abrasion resistance. It is typically used in mats, brushes and sacking. Mature brown coir fibers contain more lignin and less cellulose than fibers such as flax and cotton, Fresh water is used to process brown coir

Raw Materials :
Our raw materials are sourced from the traditional coconut tree cultivators of our locality. These raw materials are checked to get maximum quality.


Crushing:
Our Husk Beater machine where Husk was broken down into Coir Pith and Coir Fibre was Extracted Separately.


Drying:
We have separate concrete yard for Drying Coir fiber. Drying source was sunlight its 100% natural way of drying.


Coir Fibre Bale Compression:
Dried Fibre was seen by our quality team and then it taken for baling. 120-150 KG Bales are available as per our Client need.
